Colourful Cloth

This course will look at ways of transforming plain white undyed fabrics into beautiful, brilliantly coloured delights.

Procion dyeing techniques will be explored on a range of natural fabrics creating a variety of surface designs.

Further layering techniques incorporating, printing, stencilling, painting and masking will be added to the cloth developing a wide collection of individual pieces. Pattern and depth of designs will also be explored.

Colour will also be removed using a variety of discharging techniques creating more layers and effects.

Cost

Colourful Cloth is a 20 day course. You can pay in weekly installments, every 5 weeks or in full upfront for which we give a considerable discount.

20 payments of £38.50

or 4 payments of £155.00

or 1 payment of £550.00

A deposit of £50 will secure your place on the course.
