Beginner's Patchwork

This course has been designed for beginners and improvers to patchwork and quilting.

Basic skills of creating contemporary patchwork will be introduced to include:-

• Template free rotary cutting

• Adapting patchwork blocks

• Creating the quilting layer

• Hand and machine quilting

• Binding methods

• Easy mitred corners

• Fabric choices

• Hanging devices

Students will be encouraged to develop their own style and colour schemes while creating small individual quiltlets.

Cost

Colourful Cloth is a 10 day course. You can pay in weekly installments, every 4 weeks or in full upfront for which we give a considerable discount.

10 payments of £38.50
